An exquisite Japanese bronze single-flower vase (Ichirin-ike) by renowned artisan Asano Norio (浅野紀夫), a full member of the Nihon Kogeikai (Japan Traditional Crafts Association). This elegant vase features a refined vertical line pattern (Rissen-mon 立線文), emphasizing its sleek, elongated silhouette. Meticulously crafted in the traditional Japanese metalworking style, this vase reflects the harmony between form and function, making it a perfect piece for ikebana arrangements or as a standalone art object. The surface retains a warm patina, highlighting the precision of the artist’s technique. His works have been exhibited at major national craft exhibitions, earning him a reputation for precision, balance, and timeless aesthetic appeal. Condition: Superb for its age, with minor signs of wear consistent with its craftsmanship and history. The bronze has a beautiful patina, and the original wooden tomobako remains in excellent condition.
