A simple silver foil folding screen.
It is in relatively good condition, even among gold and silver folding screens, which become more textured with age.
The backing paper has sunburned.
There are tears and repairs.
*Please handle folding screens with care as the joints are prone to weakening. It is a special technique in which the folding screen is connected with paper instead of hinges.
The outermost backing paper is easily sunburned, so it is in the condition shown in the photo.
