A very fine and bold Japanese antique hand-painted silk scroll of a jumping koi, Meiji period. Hand painting in lively colors with great details, signed. Inscription: Every time, Li Bai will cross the river and ride on the blue sky. (Poem by Wang Tingwei) :(early fall, village, Sekkou Box: carp & waterfall by Sekkou Bone rollers, beautiful silk brocade. Japan, attractive composition with narrow width ideal for smaller wall spaces. Hand-painted. Handsome decorative composition. Well used and well loved in its previous life. Only one.
