About the Item

Transform your space with this restored piece of Hollywood history featuring a Paul Frankl inspired rattan fireplace surround custom-made for the timeless actor Gary Cooper. The rattan mantle features a square arch made from rattan poles stacked together with the topper presented in a zig-zag pattern and a shelf along the top for displaying the item of your choice. This mantle was initially mounted to the wall with mirror panels surrounding it. This mantle was created for legendary Hollywood actor Gary Cooper, famous for his roles in High Noon and Mr. Deeds Goes to Town. It originally adorned his 1930s home and was reclaimed by the gallery owner in the 1970s. Now, you can own a piece of Hollywood's golden era style.
