JAEGER LE COULTRE Jaeger Le Coultre gilt table clock with Lapis Lazuli dial, Roman numerals signed ‘Jaeger Le Coultre’ and original gilded hands. Rectangular, stepped brass case standing on bun feet. The bottom of the case numbered 545, opening to reveal the eight day Jaeger Le Coultre movement. C.1970 The firm Jaeger Le Coultre has been associated with the world’s finest clocks and watches since it’s foundation in1833, based in Le Sentier in the Joux Valley in Switzerland. The company have made some of the most complicated and iconic timepieces ever made, including the first ever keyless watch, the world’s smallest ever timepiece, the ‘Atmos’ clock and the ‘Reverso’ watch to name but a few.
