About the Item

Nathalie Du Pasquier designed a collection of three vases for Bitossi, in 2004. The vases are bottle‑shaped and composed of stackable elements. The formal and chromatic research is closely linked to her painting. Using the lathe technique, the vases were glazed with different colours that alternate with a selection of polishes and matte. This collection was reissued in 2018 as a limited edition of 299 pieces. Grandi Ceramiche is the latest collection that was unveiled in 2018. The project explores a pictorial investigation that forms a distinctive feature of the artist’s works. The exhibition features large, three‑dimensional elements with vertical development, clad in contrasting glazes alternating between glossy and matte. The sculptures are made using the lathe technique, combining various interlocking components. The project was initiated in 2018.
