About the Item

English Marble bust of Parliament gentleman displayed on a circular plinth. Signed by maker John Graham Lough, London Mid 19th Century. Lough sculpted the monuments to Henry Montgomery and of Bishop Middleton in St. Paul's Cathedral. He also sculpted Queen Victoria and Prince Albert for the Royal Exchange, 1798-1876.
