About the Item

Beautiful antique sculpture by the austrian sculptor and portrait painter Karl Hackstock (*1855 in Fehring - 1919 in Vienna). Karl Hackstock studied at the Academy in Vienna, which awarded him several prizes. This beautiful bronze bust shows a young, whistling man with hat. Founder's stamp at the back: "Gesetzl. Geschützt K. Hackstock". Signed by the arist "K. Hackstock". .
