A fine iridescent American art glass bowl or vase. By Steuben. In Aqua Marine glass with an iridescent finish (similar to their Verre de Soie color and treatment). In the second smallest size of Shape 2687. With an acid stamped "Steuben" fleur de lys mark to the base. Dates to 1915-1930. Simply a wonderful Carder-era bowl! Date: Early 20th Century Overall Condition: It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition, Otherwise, there are some fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age. Maker: Steuben Pattern Name: Shape 2687 Marks: Marked with a Steuben ribbon and fleur de lys acid-etched mark Measurements: Diameter: ca. 5 in. Height: ca. 2 3/4 in.
