About the Item

An exquisite example of fine German porcelain craftsmanship, this mid-20th century reticulated centerpiece was created by the esteemed Dresden Porcelain Company. Elegant and richly detailed, it showcases the refined artistry for which Dresden is renowned. The centerpiece is shaped in a graceful oval boat form, resting on four sculpted porcelain feet, and features intricate openwork with applied porcelain florals in soft hues of lavender, yellow, orange, and green. The interior is equally stunning, hand-painted with delicate floral and foliate motifs in shades of pink, yellow, green, blue, and orange, all bordered by an ornate gilded rim that adds a regal finish. This decorative piece embodies Rococo-inspired charm and serves as a luxurious accent in any setting—from classic European interiors to eclectic contemporary spaces. It remains in excellent condition, with the original maker's mark and factory stamp on the underside confirming its authenticity. It measures about 15.5" Length x 13.5" Wide x 6.5" Height
