Set of Four Mid-Century Venetian Italian Glass Candlesticks
About the Item
A set of four Venetian glass candlesticks.
They consist of light amber glass with gold fleck inclusions with a left handed swirl and applied teal ribbon edges. Each has a matching, removable bobeche. A real rarity.
Likely Pauly or Salviati.
Each base has an unpolished pontil mark. The interior edge of each bobeche is also unpolished and rough to the touch. The bobeches are also only securely positioned on the candlestick when held in place by a candle.
Height: Just over 5 in (incl. bobeche).
