Chinese Porcelain Pot with Lid, Polychrome Decoration

About the Item

Chinese porcelain pot with lid. Polychrome decoration, with floral motifs. Near the base and mouthpiece, decorated in shades of navy blue, Qing Dynasty, Qianlong period (1736-1795). The floral motifs, composed of flowers such as begonias, magnolias and other exotic species, occupy the entire surface of the pot. The flowers are depicted in various stages of bloom, from delicate buds to fully opened flowers, creating a sense of movement and vitality. The colors used include shades of pink, yellow, green and blue, contrasting elegantly with the bright white background of the porcelain. At the top, a decorative strip in shades of blue, pink and green, with stylized geometric patterns, adds sophistication to the design. At the base, an ornate border with geometric elements in blue and red reinforces the detailed finish.
