Fossilia Oval Platinum Bowl

About the Item

This exquisite oval-shaped bowl exemplifies craftsmanship and design innovation. Inspired by the sinuous forms of madrepore fossils, the shell-white exterior features a ridged, circular coral design. The fine, tactile finish is achieved through the "biscuit" technique, where unglazed porcelain is fired in the kiln. For a stunning visual effect, the interior is lined with a layer of 22kt platinum. The richness of the metallic finish elegantly complements the tactile quality of the exterior. This splendid sculptural object is a perfect accent for a low shelf or side table.
