About the Item

Set of 12 Charming "Konge/Acorn" Coffee Spoons by Danish designer Johan Rohde and manufactured by iconic Danish silverware designer company Georg Jensen. Sterling Silver, Denmark, designed in the year 1915 An iconic piece of Danish design, these spoons were designed by painter and designer Johan Rohde in 1915. Manufactured by Georg Jensen, the silverware company that came to dominate Danish silver based craftsmanship during the 20th century, the collection "Konge/Acorn" is characterized by an elegant melding of classical and natural elements. The stem is structured with fluting calling back to columnal detailing, which seamlessly combines with the stylized natural elements of the acorn. Wear consistent with age and use.
