Birks Sterling Silver & wood Tea Set
About the Item
This vintage near mid 20th century sterling silver tea set is beautifully designed. The three pieces are stylishly decorated with a modest hand hammered exterior, an elaborate spout & a carved wood handle. The tea set weighs 44.6 troy ounces. The base of each piece is stamped “Birks” over hallmarks over “Sterling”. Also, below the center of the base, one finds
“Original Hall Marked” over “1757”. This tea service is in very good condition.
