About the Item

This rare pendant lamp, designed by Angelo Lelli for the renowned Italian manufacturer Arredoluce in the 1950s, is an exceptional example of mid-century Italian design. The lamp features a softly glowing opaline glass shade, enclosed within an elegant brass and black metal cage structure that emphasizes its sculptural, lantern-like form. The interplay of delicate curves and fine detailing reflects Lelli’s characteristic balance between functionality and artistic expression. Suspended from a slender cord with a minimalist ceiling mount, the lamp radiates a warm, ambient light that enhances any space with sophistication. As an authentic piece from Arredoluce, this pendant not only illuminates but also embodies the innovation and refined craftsmanship that made Italian lighting design of the era world-famous. A highly collectible work, it serves as both a functional light source and a timeless design statement. Adjustable height from 40 to 100 cm. The light requires one E27 (US E26) light bulb. Works both with 120V/220V. Very good vintage condition.
