Heavy cast bronze comprises the entirety of the candlestick, featuring intricate turnings and a castellated bobeche at top, contrasting with the footed tripod base below. Such candlesticks were intended for rooms with a grand scale, so using them as a floor lamp in more typical home spaces is a great way to keep the past alive. Painstakingly cleaned and professionally wired to accommodate any medium base bulb (lamp), the new high-quality socket rests atop a realistic candlesleeve cover.
