Tito Agnoli for O-Luce Wall Light in Teak and Brass
Located in Waalwijk, NL
Tito Agnoli for O-Luce, wall light, white lacquered metal, teak, cord, brass, plastic, Italy, 1957. Impressive wall mounted light designed by Tito Agnoli, and manufactured by O-Luce. Unique for this item is the combination of elements derived from the 177 A model, designed in 1957, and the 1102 model, designed in 1959. Its arm is an 177 A design and executed in teak, lacquered metal and brass. It features a '1102' pendant hanging on a cord. The cord, directed by a brass tube attached to the wooden arm, leads down where a brass cylinder functions as a counterweight. The brass cylinder keeps the pendant in its position. The design showcases the mechanicals of the lamp, which makes this a very raw yet refined light that would work very well in the living room or as an office light...

French Modernist Wrought-Iron & Glass Cocktail Side Coffee Table ca. 1950s
Located in Shippensburg, PA
MODERNIST PATINATED WROUGHT-IRON AND GLASS COFFEE TABLE French, circa 1950s unmarked Item # 401RGG02P-2 A captivating modernist table from the 1950s, this piece is versatile, ideal as either a side table next to a low sofa or chair, or as a coffee or cocktail table. Its small size ensures it complements a room without overwhelming it, offering texture and visual appeal through its intricately textured blackened patina. The design, with ample negative space, gives the table a light, airy, and casual feel. The 3/8" thick, newly added glass top fits neatly into small grooves in the legs. Each leg features a single gilded twisted iron ring suspended from the top, with a gently curved profile ending in a stubbed foot. The table is ready for immediate placement. We may still have a pair to this table available - contact us if you would like information about the second table. Measurements: 19 1/2" H x 30" diameter Condition Report: Glass is brand new 3/8" thick tempered clear glass; table in very good condition, light wear to gilding and overall patina in a few spots, incredibly sturdy and solid. A fine ready-to-place presentation. About silla antiques...
