Royal House Antiques is delighted to offer for sale this absolutely sublime, circa 1960's large Chinese Chinoiserie wall mirror with original foxed glass plate and period painted finish, stamped to the rear Made in Italy

A very decorative mirror, dating to the mid 20th century circa 1960, it has the traditional lacquer finish which is usually on a black background, it has been as you can tell, hand decorated and painted in the Chinoiserie taste. The frame is hardwood most likely oak, and the glass is the original plate which has a deep hew to it, it also has some very nice foxing to the plate
We have cleaned waxed and polished it, there will be normal patina marks but this type of furniture lasts forever
