About the Item

Pair of lounge chairs designed by Ico Parisi for Fratelli Reguitti, Italy, 1959. Solid wooden frames with a light brown lacquered finish and a pronounced grain pattern. The design combines precise Italian craftsmanship with a clear architectural structure. The armrests extend in a continuous line from back to front, following the natural position of the arms, while the legs taper elegantly towards the floor. Newly upholstered in a high-quality light blue fabric with three buttons on the backrest, providing a subtle accent. Both chairs show small, well-executed wood restorations done in Italy, preserving the integrity of the original structure and adding to the authenticity of the pieces. Well-proportioned, comfortable, and visually balanced chairs that represent the refined aesthetic of late-1950s Italian design. It's basically a good investment that you can enjoy in the meantime. We handle our own crating and shipping, often faster than most, with delivery to the U.S. and Asia sometimes within two weeks.
