Mid-19th Century St. Croix Regency Mahogany and Cane Rocking Chair

About the Item

A Caribbean Regency mahogany and cane rocking chair from St. Croix, circa 1860, featuring scroll arms and handwoven caning. The mahogany is sun bleached and the runners were replaced with oak ones from being worn out from use. However, the rocking chair is solid and in excellent condition.
