Stunning rare pair of Danish modern Teak chairs designed by Hans J. Wegner for Johannes Hansen circa 1954. The chairs are upholstered with original black leather on Teak frame. “The Chair” AKA "Round Chair" made history as part of the first ever televised US presidential debate between Kennedy and Nixon. The chairs are both in original vintage condition with normal wear consistent with age and use. Measures: W 25” x D 19” x H 29.5” x SH 17.5”
