About the Item

Elegant Empire pedestal cabinet with convex front. Top top edge with a refined detail in the form of dark wood edging. One drawer with light intarsia edge in birch and maple. Drawer front with intarsia work in the form of flowers. Drawer sides with elliptical intarsia in birch and maple. One door with light birch on the sides, with line inlay in dark wood. Key plate inlaid in bone on the left side - a nice detail to create architectural balance. Keyhole in bone. Made in master joinery quality by a master joiner associated with the Copenhagen Carpenters' Guild.
