High Style Six Drawers Dresser by Edmond Spence Made in Sweden Ca. 1950's

About the Item

Voguish dresser designed by Edmond Spence, made in Sweden, ca. 1950/1960's. The dresser features six deep drawers, the middle drawers having deeply carved fronts with a dramatic swirl motif. The case is constructed of vibrant Macassar veneer, on stylized legs. This example is in very good, original condition, showing only light wear, normal and consistent with age. Specifically, the top shows inconsequential flaws ( small indentations ) at the front corner, please see images.
