OS29 Triennale Sideboard designed by Arne Vodder for Sibast, 1959

About the Item

OS29 sideboard designed by Arne Vodder for Sibast furniture, 1959 The Triennale series is certainly one of the most reknown pieces designed by the famous Dane Arne Vodder. Made of solid teak wood (outline profiles, drawers, base and Teak verneer the sideboard offers a lot of storage space. With it’s reversible sliding doors in verneer and/or black laquer you may choose your favorite door front. The sliding door can be lifted to switch out the profile on the bottom and taken off it can be turned and get re-assembled again rather easily. The black laquered beautifully contrasts the warm teak wood. Next to the sliding doors it has six drawers with handles integrated the wooden front. Due to it’s timeless elegance this sideboard will accommodate well with a wide range of interior styles and materials. The sideboard surfaces have been cleaned by our restorer and then classically were treated with wood oil. The laquer of the sliding doors has been restored. The surfaces show few signs of use appropriate to age and wear and the sideboard is in overall very good vintage condition. Please don´t hesitate to contact us or further information and/or pictures !
