Ole Wanscher Writing Desk of Mahogany by Cabinetmaker A. J. Iversen Denmark 1950

About the Item

Free standing writing desk with 5 drawers designed by Ole Wanscher (1903-1985). The desk is made of lacquered mahogany with inside frame of oak. The handles are made of solid brass and the original leg ends are mounted with dark wood. It's manufactured in the 1950s by master cabinetmaker A. J. Iversen in Copenhagen, Denmark. Measures: Length 145 cm Width: 72 cm Height: 73.5 cm Height under the middle drawer 62.5 cm Very good vintage condition without spots or other damage
