This is an antique country house dumb waiter. An English, mahogany 2-tier serving table, dating to the Georgian period, circa 1780. Classic elegance and craftsmanship to this charming Georgian stand Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order Select stocks show fine grain interest and warm caramel hues Arranged over two tiers, the lower rotating for ease of serving A skilfully turned column creates a display space of 21.5cm (8.5'') between the tiers Lower support with a stout baluster over a collared mount Standing upon a trio of broad cabriole legs with a pronounced knee Each terminates in a distinctive snake foot This is a delightful antique country house dumb waiter, with superb colour and finish. Sure to enhance any afternoon tea gathering or special occasion. Solid joints and construction, delivered waxed, polished and ready for the home.
