Mid-Century Modern Églomisé and Gilded Wrought Iron Low Table
About the Item
Made in America circa 1955 this low wrought iron table is made to resemble bamboo and is then gilded and painted with a wavy decorative border along the apron. Set within the frame of the apron is a reverse glass painted and gilded top. The design is bold and graphic consisting of a central circle reinforcing the half circles of the supports framed by positive and negative black and gilded banded areas.
