The snowmelt from the peaks in the background creates the rocky creek that dominates the foreground, inviting the viewer into the scene to appreciate nature's glory. Note how the artist has created a subtle transition between the snow-capped mountains and the wispy clouds blending up into a beautiful blue sky.
