About the Item

This framed antique and reverse printed panel was produced in England in the early 20th century by an unknown maker to commemorate the death of Admiral Lord Nelson. The panel portrays Lady Britannia mourning the death of Lord Nelson, presumably at his grave site. The panel is done in the Edwardian style with strong contrasting colors and presented in a thick and deep period frame with great patina.
