About the Item
Nicolas Mordvinoff Images of love relief etchings 100/100 with forward by Leo Russel with all the permutations of "Love" including Homoerotic images from the 1960's. There are 30 separate black and white images to the portfolio. Mordivinoff born in St. Petersburg Russia in 1911, studied with Ferdinand Leger in Paris and lived many years in the South Pacific until moving to the US after WWII. Collaborating with William Lipkind on the children's book "Finders Keepers". He tragically committing suicide in 1973 his obituary was published in the NY Times. Pictured are the prologue and list of images names in addition to samples of the actual images.
