Three stone diamond ring. Horizontally set with three round old cut diamonds in open back grain set octagonal collets with an approximate combined weight of 3.00 carats, set to extremely ornate pierced open lattice collets with intricate pattern engraving conforming smoothly to the finger with circular backholing, supported by elegant scrolled fleur-de-lis motifs to the split shoulders with further patterned engraving to the tapering D-shape solid shank. Tested platinum, maker's mark 'MARCUS' for Marcus & Co, American, circa 1920. UK size M 1/2 US size 6 1/2
