Using a sun bleached palette of blues, greens, and off whites, and palette knife and brush, North Carolina artist Allison Chambers explores the very basic importance of seeking happiness and peace in life's choices while forever moving forward with life's flow. Chambers presents a powerful interpretation of life using color and texture to communicate and share the beauty of nature in this abstract expressionist marine landscape. As framed by the artist is a slightly distressed, champagne finished floater frame, this original 40x30 oil painting would be perfectly suited to any transitional space. Chambers is affiliated with the Oil Painters of America and the American Impressionists Society. She offers a teaching excursion to Provence, France annually when times permit, while maintaining her home and studios in the Carolinas.
