Original antique travel poster issued by Norwegian State Railways for Norway The Land of the Midnight Sun featuring scenic artwork by the Norwegian painter Thorolf Holmboe (1966-1935) entitled Gronoy View of Bolgen Mountain depicting a tree rising over of a forest in the foreground with a pink sunset shining over the calm water and mountain in the background, the bold lettering and winged cog Norwegian State Railways logo between two route maps in the border below. Good condition, restored tears, backed on linen.
