The back is stamped "Cartier, Paris," model number 7504 and serial number 14957, "Swiss Made," with a manual 8-day wind mechanism. It has a church window-shaped case with enameled brown panel, champagne dial, black baton hands with Roman numerals, and twist sapphire crowns for alarm and time adjustment. The model is crafted from gilded metal with a dark burgundy brown enameled face. The clock opens into a trestle with feet featuring the Cartier house "C" logo.
