Set of 3 Decorative Containers by Gianfranco Frattini for Progetti '1974'

About the Item

A very cool and extremely versatile set of decorative objects designed by Gianfranco Frattini for Progetti in 1974. With melamine (hard plastic) bowls and vulancized rubber tops, they are useful as a box, catch-all, vide poche, pen or pencil holder, vase for short stemmed flowers, or even as an ashtray. In good vintage condition with light wear consistent with age. Signed on underside "Progetti, design: G.F. Frattini, brevettato, made in italy". Formerly stock from a prop house and have the stock number and prop house's name etched into underside. Measures: 5.5" x 5.5" x 3" each.
