This allows us to frame the attribution to a close circle of the stela left by Gregorio Fernández (1576-1636) in the very recognized Castilian circle. The artist responsible for the creation of this magnificent carving has undoubtedly been trained in the footsteps of Fernández in the Castilian Baroque context. He powerfully remembers the Archangel San Miguel preserved in the reliquary of the Church of San Miguel de Valladolid; belonging to the first third of the seventeenth century.
