Chinese Attributed Miniature Hand Painted Streak Glazed Pottery Vase
About the Item
A stylish miniature Chinese attributed art pottery vase hand painted in blue and green streaked glazes and probably dating from the early 20th Century. The lightly potted vase stands on a rounded pedestal foot and has a wide cylindrical shaped body with a narrow funnel shaped neck and small bowl-shaped top. The vase is hand painted with green and brown streaked glazes on a natural cream colored ground with splashes of darker brown applied in a leopard skin effect. The vase has an unglazed foot rim and is not marked.
In good condition with age glaze crazing.
