Royal Vienna Plaque Depicting Barbarossa's Entry into Jerusalem in 3rd Crusade

About the Item

A Royal Vienna antique hand painted porcelain plaque from depicting the triumphant entry into Jerusalem of Kaiser Friedrich I of Prussia also known as Barbarossa who headed the Third Crusade launched from Vienna in 1189. The plaque is set in a bronze frame on a mat of burgundy velvet. The whole is protected by glass. The plaque is not signed but has the Royal Vienna beehive mark on the back.
