About the Item

Signed Mexican brass coffee service set including matching tray, sugar pot and creamer. This is an artist original by artisan J.R.R. of the Taxco area, as marked on base of all pieces except tray. Marked "Hecho en Mexico", "J.R.R." and "Cobre y Laton". Very heavy and solid, these retain a patina and have not been polished. The lines (except the handles) are reminiscent of a similar Austrian set by Carl Aubock. Tray measures 12.75" in diameter x 1" high Coffee pot measures 9.75" high with base diameter of 4.5" with dramatic elongated spout of 7" and wood handle of 6" Creamer is an exact miniature replica of the coffee pot at 5.5" high with base diameter of 3.25" and spout of 4.5". The handle exactly matches the coffee pot at 6" long Sugar pot matches the exact shape of the creamer with removeable lid and arms extending the width overall to 5.5"
