Iron Frame Butterfly Chair Frames, A Pair

About the Item

A very good and early pair of iron frame butterfly sling chairs. The original design dates to the late 1930s and rediscovered and produced by Knoll years later. Covers not included. The previous owners purchased these for their Brooklyn home back in the 1960s, then they were moved to New Paltz, New York in 1985. The sling seat covers can be replaced. Good overall condition with minor cosmetic wear and light rust. Structurally sound and sturdy. Approximately 30" deep x 25.5" wide at the front and 28.25" at the top x 34" high. The seat is approximately 19" high.
