This rare desk and wall shelf set by Gio Ponti was originally designed for the administrative offices of Forlì, Italy, reflecting Ponti’s refined approach to functional furniture within civic and institutional architecture. Constructed in fruitwood with brass sabots, laminate surfaces, and Ponti’s signature splayed front legs, the desk includes a single drawer and open shelving for accessible storage.
