This series of framed vintage pen and ink drawings on paper depicts a curious relationship between two groups of parent-and-child figures who seem to mirror each other. Each frame presents two drawings: at top are mother bear and child bear; below are their human counterparts performing the same actions and gestures. Themes of abandonment and neglect animate the drawings, but what's really going on? That there's no definitive answer is part of what makes these drawings so intriguing.
The set is presented in silver gilded, museum-grade frames, professionally and expertly done by ROOQ. The drawings are ready to adorn your walls.
