The British Season
Since the 17th century, London has created an annual social season that occurs each June and July. Iconic events include thoroughbred horse racing at Royal Ascot, rowing at Henley Royal Regatta, polo at Guards Polo Club, sailing during Cowes Week and, of course, tennis on the lush lawns of Wimbledon. Our collection of decorative objects, fine art and fashion hats from lands near and far pays tribute to these traditions that capture the spirit of the season.
