Hand embroidered and digitally printed floor cushion by award-winning artist
By Jacky Puzey
Located in London, GB
The 'Leopard Floor Cushion' by award-winning, British embroidery artist and designer, Jacky Puzey. This unique piece is lavishly upholstered and piped with digitally embroidered velvet and hand appliqué work. The artist is also available to commission. Jacky Puzey creates statement furniture akin to richly textured artworks, combining a material palette of velvet, silk, faux fur, feathers, tweed, silk and organza with digital and hand embroidery. The animal kingdom is a constant source of inspiration, with designs that include ravens, hares, squirrels, koi carp, parakeets and peacocks. Her work may reference seventeenth-century allegorical still life paintings and eighteenth-century chinoiserie, but she also encompasses urban themes, such as London’s parakeets and the leopards that roam free in Mumbai’s suburbs - the latter provided the inspiration for this spectacular piece. Puzey's work has been commissioned for HBO ‘Game of Thrones’ and ‘House of the Dragon...

Lambswool Throw by Brian Calvin
By Brian Calvin
Located in Jersey City, NJ
100% geelong lambswool Made in Scotland Measures: 61 x 51 in. Limited edition of 80 Bohemians, beauties and burnouts – Calvin is known for his figurative paintings of a typically Californian crowd. Painted in bright, sun-drenched hues with an almost cartoonish quality, Calvin’s figures are shaped by pop cultural references. Although necessarily flat, the images are not easy: the artist includes skewed crops and unknowable narratives in each composition, the result is a painting at once familiar and strange. For his first ever artist’s blanket...

Luxury Vintage Irish Linen Pillow by Katie Larmour Couture Cushions Blue Stripe
Located in Belfast, Northern Ireland
Luxury pillow created from exquisite and rare deadstock Irish Linen by Irish designer Katie Larmour. Made from quality deadstock, pure, 100% Irish Linen made from the flax plant, from an unused roll. Beautiful texture and sumptuous to touch. (This is small batch making, once this fabric is gone it's gone.) Each cushion is handmade in Ireland. Lined in organic cotton, and finished with a concealed zip. Recommended 20x20" feather filler insert for plumpness. Backed in new natural undyed Irish linen on the reverse. Irish Linen is highly regarded worldwide, known since the turn-of-the-century as ‘white gold’ and the ultimate ‘aristocrat of textiles’. Katie Larmour is an associate member of The Irish Linen Guild and highlighted as a ‘recommended purveyor of Irish Linen goods’ by the guild on their official website. Katie is an ambassador The European Confederation of Flax and Hemp (CELC). Katie Larmour’s Studio are renowned for their high end creations. In beautiful, soft tones of blue and navy with a French seaside, deckchair vibe Both the hue and striped pattern make this a wonderfully versatile piece, working particularly well with beach house, yachts, sailboat, nautical decor, rustic, country manor house, bohemian and ‘shabby-chic’ interiors. More than one is available. There may be a lead making time of approx 1-2 weeks (often a small amount of stock is made and ready for immediate shipping) Please note the nature of linen is that the surface may contain ‘slubs’, this is to do with the weaving process. They are not seen as flaws and add to the textile’s character and charm, it is the nature of the natural fabric and we ask you to take this into consideration before ordering.
