About the Item

Armchair model P40 designed by Osvaldo Borsani for Tecno in 1955, first edition. The P40 is considered one of the icons of postwar Italian design and is a modern reinterpretation of the traditional chaise longue. Equipped with a mechanical joint system, it allows multiple adjustments of the backrest, seat and footrest, adapting to different comfort needs. The project, born after the success of the D70 sofa at the X Triennale, introduces a new concept of domestic space, which is flexible and dynamic.
