Our Old Plank Restoration Department just finished a thorough restoration of our polished brass 3-shelf display stand with custom fabricated solid walnut shelves. The inlay on the walnut shelves has also been crafted from solid brass and the shelves are easily adjustable. The Brass vertical tubing was made from heavy solid brass, while most of the Bistro, or Bakery shelving display stands we have imported were hollow brass tubes. This is just an indicator of the high-quality of the manufacturing process which was probably from the 1920’s and made by Siégel et Hommey, vitrines étalages, 13, Rue de la Chine, Paris.
