About the Item
This vintage console table and mirror are unsigned, but presumed to have been made in the United States in circa 1955 in the French Renaissance Revival style. The base composition of both the table and mirror is thick plywood sheeting that have been covered with a cream composite sheeting and decorated with both brass and wood decoration. The legs of this console table feature figural brass cherubs tied together by a serpentine shaped top with a nicely decorated brass skirt. The matching mirror has ornate brass and wood decoration with elaborate borders and intricate accents. Some wear present to the silvering of the original mirror and the table has sturdy brackets so it can be fastened to the wall.
