Fase “Presidente” Desk Lamp, Spain, 1960s

About the Item
“Presidente” desk lamp, popularly known as “Péndulo”. Designed in the 60s by Spanish brand Fase.
Black lacquered steel base and shade. Arm made from solid oak wood and chrome steel. With wide-ranging movement capability, the counterweight mechanism allows for height adjustment of the shade, which is also mobile thanks to a ball joint at the top. The arm rotates 360 degrees on the base.
Glass diffuser characteristic of Fase lamps. Wiring for two E27 light bulbs, switch incorporated into the base. The lamp is in very good condition, shows mild signs of age and has some rust on the chrome.
