This extremely finely hand woven Farahan rug from Western Persia has a “Herati” all-over pattern set in a navy blue color field with designs in brick red, ivory. The colors on the border include blue, green, yellow, pink, red, and cream. It is extremely rare to find such a rug in this size in a Farahan rug from the mid-1800s. Although the rug has a very short pile and is worn in some areas, the beauty of the design and fine colors are clearly visible.

Wonderful vintage floral Tabriz from the early 1900s. This inspiring Tabriz oversize rug reflects the style of Haji Jalili, the world-renowned 19th-century master weaver from Tabriz, Persia. This Tabriz rug has a sophisticated vines design set in a palette of delicate corals and cocoa browns and honey colors. Beautiful large central medallion set in a pale brown-honey background color.
